Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

No, still the same problem
Looks like either a WiFi glitch or a browser issue. Was it a temporary glitch that is working now? If not, you might try downloading a new browser and using it for these without any popup blockers, ad blockers, etc. Also there are browser settings at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet that are important.
Actually, I changed Email but I cannot move further, there's no Next or Save button
