Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
When I got to step 82 for pitch record everything is blank and I scrolled up when it has a 1 on the instructions and it said to click on pitches and then pitches ID and it doesn't show anything so I'm confused on what I am doing wrong? I followed step by step and it still just shows nothing.
What you're showing looks ok, Austin. Max is telling you that she entered fake data into those fields and then the screencap is showing what it looked like after she did that and clicked Save. So yours will look similar after you fill everything in and click Save like Max did.
To get back to that point now, just log in and restart at Step 79, clicking on the App Launcher again to get to Marketing and the Pitches tab and clicking New again and you'll see that form pop up again. Just fill it out and click Save and you're good to go.
