Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I am on step 61, and when I click to open Pitch Layout it gives me an error. I have tried different browsers and computers. Not sure what I did wrong, I tried to uninstall the MAX grader but have failed to do so. Maybe I am not doing this right, Any help would be appreciated.
Oh, sorry you ran into that. It looks like a temporary glitch in Salesforce or a browser issue. It looks like you're using a private window for this. It's probably better to not use a private one for these exercises and you're not really dealing with any sensitive info other than your id & grades anyway so it should be pretty safe. Also, note the browser settings at the top of the 1a cover page. These are important for avoiding glitches because of the way Salesforce "talks" to the browser.
Good thing you didn't uninstall the grader. That has nothing to do with this and uninstalling stuff is usually not needed and can even make things more complicated.
So try again in an non-private window, after making sure you have the proper browser settings, and that should do it but let me know, ok?
