After running the scoring routine and refreshing the page, the lab certificate is saying it only loads after running the scoring routine and refreshing page which I did. Not sure how to fix that

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Good news! We have fixed the issue with the auto-grader that was giving you trouble due to the apostrophe in your name. If you uninstall the app from your Salesforce account now and reinstall it, it will be the new version and it will work fine with your name and the apostrophe from there on out.
Hi D'Arcy,
You are experiencing a known issue with the certificate malfunctioning due to apostrophes in student names. Please ask your instructor to allow you to submit screencaps of the checkpoints for lab 1a for credit. To submit a screencap, look for the big red, circled numbered checkpoints in the lab 1a instructions and take a screenshot of your Salesforce work that matches the checkpoint screenshot example.
For lab 1b and the other labs, create a new Salesforce account and install the Max Labs Grader app to that account. When you have to input your Student Name and Student ID, please don't use an apostrophe in your Student Name to avoid encountering this issue again.
