Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

That's crazy. Ok, so first, are you sure you set your browser settings as shown at the top of the cover sheet?
Even if you did, maybe try a different browser, like Firefox, etc that you don't already have and set those settings too and try.
