I just downloaded the app for Salesforce, and every time I enter in my log in information, it doesn't allow me to log-in, saying that a password might be incorrect. I can log in to the web version just fine, using the same password and log in information. I've deleted and redownloaded the app as well. and I still got the same error message. I used a gmail account and completed all the steps before 84 just fine.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, that shouldn't be happening. Sorry. First, if you can't get the mobile to work, it's ok grade-wise. None of the mobile stuff is graded by the grader so you won't lose any points. But it's still good to get the experience. But I'm not with Salesforce - just the lab exercises, so you would need to call Salesforce support at 1-800-667-6389 and let them know that you are able to log in thru the web interface but not your mobile. They should be able to help you.
If you do call them and get it solved, can you please post back here to let me know you got in and what the fix was? Thanks!
