Hi my professor had tol me to create a post as I tried three different emails to sign up for sales force. The promt keeps sending me back to the same email when trying to create a password. After a couple of days I decided to try again and it told me each email I used was already in use. I had spoke to someone over the phone and yet again they were unable to help.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Yeah, so this issue is addressed in the Help FAQ, linked on the cover page of every lab, at the bottom under "Get Help" but to summarize here - you're probably using an NKU email address to get your SF account?
Your NKU apparently has a system administrator for your email who has added a cybersecurity tool called Safelinks to the school's email system. It checks all the links in every incoming email before it even gets to your inbox, to make sure the links are all safe. When it does that to the Salesforce Welcome email, it "uses" the link that you're supposed to use for setting up your pw. Then the pw is set to something random or nothing at all. Not sure. But then when you try to log in, it's already set and you can't get in.
As the instructions way, it's best to use a personal account like from Gmail and only access it thru the www.gmail.com link in your browser, NOT thru Outlook. (Outlook sometimes includes Safelinks too! It's a Microsoft product, like Outlook is.)
Let me know, ok?
