Yeah, when you were first filling out the form to get an SF account, if clicked submit and then waited awhile and tried filling it out again, then you'll wind up with multiple accounts with the same username. And you can reset the pw for one but then be trying to log into the other and nothing works. That's why Max says to be patient and just wait and not redo the form.

Anyway, if that's what's happened, you'll have two (or more) Welcome emails from Salesforce in your inbox and both will be showing the same username. However, each will have a different custom URL that they say to use for logging in. And the part of that link after the "https://" is the Custom Domain for just that one account. So to always be sure you're logging into that one account, you should always use that URL and then, in the popup, enter your username & pw but BEFORE you click on Log In, click Use Custom Domain and copy paste the custom domain for that account (everything but the "https://" from the URL).

Also use this method when installing the grader or installing Max's Pitch Package in Lab 1b. Then you should have no problems.
