It says that I have already created an account using my school ID but I haven't done so. I went through the recover my password portal but was given a security question that I have never answered before. I never created an account yet it says I have. Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I will email my professor asking to use my personal gmail instead. However, I. do recall being told to only use our school email as it's associated directly with our school portal. I will get back to you tomorrow with an update. Thank you
Ok, so you have been unable to get an account at all, right? Can you just get a new free Gmail personal acccount and try using that?
Yeah, sometimes you fill out the form for the new account and you click Submit and you wait for awhile and nothing's happening and then you click Submit again because you're not sure if it's working and that's when it will come back and say that email address was aleady used but it should be ok to ignore that. You should eventually (withing 20-30 min) get the email that has the actual verification link so you can click it and set your pw.
Maybe by now you have received that and you're up and running in the account, hopefully?
