LAB 1B STEP 111. My screen just does not allow me to go after this step for some reason., I did contacted the customer service too but nothing helped. Screen just freezes. I did tried using the different laptop too but the same problem occurs. Before i was having difficuklty to even make an account. Not sure if this problem is linked to my lab 1b issue.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
