When doing step 95 selecting all pitches then clicking the down arrow im supposed to be able to click show fields to display but it is all greyed out

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

No you’re not supposed to select all the records. You need to click like they show in the screencap below Step 95. Then you will be selecting the field names that you added, like Business Name so they show up in the listing when you view the records.
