Above I attached a screenshot of the steps the Grader App said I missed. However, I followed the tasks it told me to complete, in order to resolve the issue(s), but it did not work (I had all the elements listed within the steps provided). Do you know what was wrong or what I may have missed by chance?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

That is sort of what I am saying. I followed the directions I was prodvided and seemed to have completed all the steps. However, I was not able to make any changes because I followed all the steps. Therefore, no changes were made and my score stayed the same - even after refreshing it. So, I'm not quite sure what is wrong.
Ok, yeah, it sounds like you're saying you fixed all that but your scores aren't improving? There should be a message telling you that you need to re-run the scoring routine (copy/pasting that line of code in the Developer Console and executing it) and THEN refresh the page to see your new scores.
