Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
When I finished lab 1a and ran the grader it told me I had a few mistakes and when I went back and corrected them and ran the grader again, it still said those mistakes were there. I tried to move things around and fix them multiple times, but nothing worked. Here are a few screenshots for reference.

Well, every time you make fixes, you have to run the scoring routine again, using the Developer Console again to copy/paste that line of code and execute it. Then you have to refresh the page to see the new scores/messages.
