I did exactly what I must not do. I missed some steps. Then I got back to fix it . I duplicate every thing. I tried to delete the duplications. I massed up every thing. I got very confused. I prefer to restart my account and do every thing from the scratch.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, no problem. It's not hard to start over at this point since you are still on Lab 1a. All you have to do is get a brand new account from Salesforce. Use Max's instructions on page 2 to go to that same website to get a new account. You can use the same email address if you want to but the Username has to be different since the old one is still with the old account.
In Salesforce, Usernames can be anything that LOOKS like an email address, even if it is not a real address. So for example, hippo@suitcase.sauce would work, assuming it's not already taken! Just use something you will remember and always use that new account from now on - don't get confused and use the old one, ok?
