Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Computers are super-picky so you have to do every single step and get each one exactly right. Do the literally as printed, eg use the word "Pitch" not accounts or something else. The labs build on each other and you'll want to get each one exactly right as you go so there won't be problems later, ok?
Also the grader app will be looking for the words given in the instructions, like "Pitch", so if you use different names, the grader will get confused and think you didn't do the steps or didn't do them right.
Just take your time and follow them precisely and you'll be fine, ok?
