Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I have installed MaxLabs Grader already. I registered with my school email. I registered under the developer edition.
When I search for MaxLab Grader it does not appear in my applauncer or in my search bar. Only a Max Lab Grader information report is present.
MaxLab Grader is not present in my AppLauncher
That was the problem! After I changed to Lightning Experience everything was resolved. Thank you for the help.

Yeah, from the screencaps you're showing I can see you're using the wrong search. That's the search for data/records. You have to click on the little icon with the 3 rows of 3 dots each and then there is a special App search slot that will open. That is how you search for apps. See below:
I have tried. Max Lab Grader is still not present.
Yeah, it's showing it's installed. Click on the App Launcher (the hamburger icon in the upper left) and then it drops down a menu with a "Search apps and items" at the top. That's where you can enter "gr" and that will pull up the grader app for you.
