Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Wait, sorry, that arrow was pointing to Text Area. It should be just Text as below:
You must have set the data type for the field to something other than text, I think. You can go to Setup > Object Manager > Pitch > Fields and Relationships and delete Business Name and create it again using the instructions but make sure you select "text" as the data type. See below:
