Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, sorry, you must be in a place where they are blocking the use of URL-shorteners such as tiny.cc. But the direct link is given on the cover page of each lab. That link doesn't use tiny.cc so it will work for you. Here it is:
https://www.maxzplace.com/grader-info
That page is at the same site as this Help Forum where you posted your issue so it will definitely
work.
Can you tell where was the tiny.cc link that you clicked on? Then I can add that issue to the Help FAQ. Thanks!
