Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

When you were first getting your account you probably submitted the form more than once because you were waiting for the email to come and it was taking awhile. Look in your inbox and see if you have more than one Welcome email from Salesforce. If so, you have more than one account, probably both with the same username. Look inside each email. Each one has a custom link to use for logging into just that one account. Use that link and try logging in. If that doesn't work, try the link in the. other email. When you find the one that works, always use that link for logging in from now on. Then, also use a different browser from now on so your browser doesn't remember the other account and autofill stuff from it.
