Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Yeah, well that's how it works. While you're creating a new one, there is no Pitch ID yet. When you put in the data and click Save then it will assign a Pitch ID to that record and from then on, whenever you view that record, it will show that ID. Just continue.
Everytime I get to step 82 there the pitch ID shows up blank

The visibility for that field Follow Up probably got turned off, making the field “Hidden.” (This can happen when you create a field if your WiFi is really slow/spotty or if you clicked Next, Next, Save really fast – you’re skipping over those pages so fast their coding doesn’t fully execute.)
So just go back to Setup > Object Manager > Pitch, scroll down to Fields & Relationships and click on Follow Up. Then click Set Field-Level Security (upper center of the page). Then click the checkbox next to the column-header Visible. That will turn on the field’s visibility for all user types listed below, including yours (Admin). Then click Save and when you go back to Steps 82, Follow Up should all be showing up properly.
