I can't find "Tabs" under "User Interface."
When I type "Tabs" under Quick Find, "Rename Tabs and Labels" is the only thing that pops up.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

When you clicked on the Setup gear, you chose Service Setup from the drop down menu. You were supposed to just chose Setup. You can do that now and it will be ok.
