I have been attempting to verify my account for awhile. I keep trying to reset my account but i receive the message "Your reset link expired after 24 hours or has already been used."

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, the university email admin at UArk has added a special spam link filter that is executing that link before forwarding the email to you. The link only works once, unfortunately. You need to use a different email when getting a Salesforce account - not one that is provided through UArk. Maybe get a brand new free Gmail account from Google just for working these labs or use some other personal email account if you have one, ok?
