I've tried downloading my grader, but it says it can't be upgraded. I'm not sure what to try at this point, so any help would be appreciated

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

When you get that message it means you're trying to install the grader into an account where it is already installed. You don't have to install it every time you want to grade a lab - only the first time. After than you can just use it to grade each lab as you finish it.
