I am trying to log in to my Salesforce account using the Grader link and it isn't working. My password is saved on my computer so I know it is the correct password plus the password works when I use it on the link in my email. I have changed my password three times and still no luck. Please help. I also can't log in on my phone. They both are saying the same thing so I couldn't complete part of Lab 1a

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sorry, that's due to a bug in Salesforce's account generator that sometimes gives one student multiple accounts all with one username. The different accounts are distinguishable only by the unique domain they generate for each. The Welcome emails you got will each contain a different login link, each containing it's own domain, unique to that account.
Here's a posting from the Help Forum that will explain how to use the domain from the account you're currently using, along with your username and pw, to install the grader now and also Max's Pitch Package later on:
