When I am redirected to the login screen after trying to install the grader app it says my information is incorrect. My username and password are both correct. I've tried to use the link that was originally sent to my email to easily log in later but it still does not work.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
