I've done all the steps, including downloading the app and completing everything required, but I still can't see my score.
I don’t understand why this lab seems to be giving me such a hard time.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Well, the screencap you're showing is from your phone, right? You're only supposed to use your phone for a few of the steps in 1a. The rest is on your laptop, including running the grader to see your score.
Bascially computers are super-picky so you just have to really take your time and read the instructions carefully and then it all should work fine.
The link on the cover page takes you to the grader info page and it explains exactly how to use the grader. And it provides 2 YouTube movies, a short version and a longer one, showing exactly how it works. Maybe try watching one or both of those and then it should be easy for you to use the grader and see your points.
