I made an account on salesforce and did half of lab 1 yesterday however today when I tried to log in it wasn't working even though I'm sure my username and password are correct and when I clicked reset password it asked me for me my security question and I put it in but it says it's wrong and now I can't do anything for 24 hours. Please help, thanks. my username is ashir@company.sandbox.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I can't reset your pw. Only Salesforce can. Call 1-800-667-6389 and ask them to reset.
Then, always, always use the login URL given in the original email they sent you when you first got your account as show in this example:
Then you should have no problems logging in in the future.
