Hello. I finished the lab and I'm trying to check it but I can't install the app. I've tried everything to get it to work but now I can't change my password, I've been locked out for 24 hours, apparently I'm getting my security question wrong (I know it's right), and it is due tonight. What should I do?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
