How do I begin Lab 1a??? I can not find the option anywhere to begin it. The lab doesn't show up on my page anywhere!

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well your instructor should have provided you with seven 7 PDFs, like on Canvas or somewhere. They should be named Lab 0 (Pre-lab), Lab 1a, Lab 1b, Lab 2a, Lab 2b, Lab 3a and Lab 3b.
You're supposed to start by reading Lab 0, the pre-lab which takes about 12-15 minutes.
Then you start reading Lab 1a and as you do, "Max" will be telling you how to get your Salesforce account and then she'll lead you through the exercise, step-by-step. You just follow along in your Salesforce account.
Be sure you grade each lab before starting the next one. Do each and every step - the labs build on each other. Go in order 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b.
