Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I see it! guess I misinterpreted it as an actual tab beneath the graph, and not the overhead board next to Dashboard.
Thank, Carlos. That helped. Ok, you're not blind but your Pitches tab is there. I can see it. You're just looking for something else. Look at the Launcher on the upper left. Then next to that is Marketing. Then follow along that row to the right and eventually you'll see Reports, Dashboards and finally Pitches. That's what we mean by "tabs" in the Salesforce world.
Ok, I have a clue that when you created the tab, you maybe clicked thru Next, Next, Save quickly and those intermediate pages didn't get a chance to fully download and execute their code. Try going to Setup > User Interface > Tabs again and then delete the Pitches tab and then create it again using those same instructions but this time, when you come to the last instruction about Next, Next & Save, click slowly. Let each page fully load & execute. Then see if the tab shows. Let me know, ok?

Do you think maybe, it is a permission setup? Maybe a settings issue?
Wait that won't work until you're in Lab 1b.
I doubt it's anything you did but let me check for you. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Let me know when you've done them and I'll check, ok?
I juts did, nothing. I’m even using ChRome, yet nothing is working. Was it something i did?
Try logging out, closing your browser, re-opening and logging back in.
