I created a post on the Help forum a few days ago but I can't find it on the Help FAQ page, I'm not sure where to find it so I can view it again to see the answer to my question.
In my earlier post I asked for help regarding my Salesforce account and working on the mylabs. I did Lab 1A perfectly fine, then when I logged in again to start Lab 1b, when I got to the part about pitches it didn't show any of the previous pitches I had made. It also would not let me create a new pitch no matter what I tried, so I still cannot continue with the labs because you need pitches to work on all of the labs. Maybe you can restart my account, or help me in some way so I can continue working.
Well, it when it says you cannot upgrade it means you're trying to install into an account that already has the app installed. So it won't let you install again into the same account. The grader appears to be there so you can just use it now. Have you tried that?
When I try to install the app this message come. I cant download the app. Any one can help please?

Anyway, what you are describing sounds very strange and not like anything I've ever heard before. But I can tell you that in the first 4 steps of Lab 1b you are deleting the Pitch object you made in Lab 1a and all the Pitch records you entered along with it. So it's correct that you shouldn't be seeing any of those Pitches you made in 1a while you are working 1b.
Then you are installing Max's Pitch Package which includes a new Pitch object and you're supposed to import those ten records from Max's Pitch Data File.
What you are showing in your screencap is very strange. I can take a look for you if you want to do these 3 steps so I can access your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Or another alternative is that you just get a brand new Salesforce account with and then you can just start Lab 1b at Step 5 and go forward from there, making sure you do each and every steps and get them all correct and then you'll have no problem. And I can give you a promo code so you don't have to pay again for Max's Pitch Package in the new account since you already have paid in the old account.
